[External Announcement – Event] Ministry of Education’s 2026 “Digital/Online Gender-Based Violence Prevention Short Video and Poster Drawing Competition” — Students Are Welcome to Participate

The Ministry of Education is organizing the 2026 “Digital/Online Gender-Based Violence Prevention Short Video and Poster Drawing Competition.” The competition guidelines and related information are provided in the attached documents. All eligible students are welcome to register and participate.

The competition theme, eligibility requirements, registration procedures, and submission guidelines are as follows. Please refer to the official competition guidelines for detailed information.
(1) Competition Theme

Participants may refer to the Executive Yuan’s “Definitions, Types, and Explanations of Digital/Online Gender-Based Violence”

and create works addressing the 10 types of digital/online gender-based violence.

The competition categories include:

Short Video Category: For university/college students and senior high school/vocational high school students.
Poster Drawing Category: For junior high school and elementary school students.
(2) Eligibility
Students currently enrolled in public or private schools at all levels (with valid student status) may participate. Each participant may submit one entry only.
For graduating students, the competition category shall be determined according to the educational level they will enter after graduation.
(Example: A sixth-grade elementary school student participating in the poster drawing category should select the junior high school group.)
(3) Registration and Submission Procedures

1. Competition Categories

(1) Short Video Category (University/College Group and Senior High/Vocational High School Group):
A new “Popularity Award” will be introduced this year. After the submission deadline, the organizer will upload eligible short videos to the official website for public viewing, promotion, and voting. The top three entries with the highest number of votes in each group will receive the award.

(2) Poster Drawing Category (Junior High School Group and Elementary School Group).

2. Required Registration and Submission Materials

Submissions must include:

Competition registration form
Declaration form
Personal data use authorization consent form
Copyright authorization consent form
Physical artwork (for poster drawing entries)

3. Submission Period

From May 22, 2026 (Friday) to August 19, 2026 (Wednesday). The postmark date will serve as proof of submission.
