The application period for students wishing to pursue a Minor or Double Major in the first semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 is announced as follows:

August 3, 2026, to 5:00 p.m. on August 14, 2026.

Eligibility

Undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students of the University who have completed at least one semester of study are eligible to apply.

Application Requirements

The Credit Requirements for Minor Programs and the Admission Quotas and Eligibility Criteria for Double Major Programs applicable to Academic Year 2026–2027 were approved at the University's 188th Academic Affairs Meeting held on May 21, 2026. Please refer to the Office of Academic Affairs website under:

Application Procedures

(1) Application forms are now available for download from the Office of Academic Affairs website or may be obtained from the Registration Division of the Office of Academic Affairs.

(2) After completing the application form, applicants should submit it together with an official transcript of all academic records to their home department (or degree program) and then to the Registration Division for preliminary review. Applicants who are unable to submit the documents in person may authorize another individual to do so on their behalf. Late applications will not be accepted.

(3) The Registration Division will compile all application materials by August 19, 2026, together with the relevant requirements of the Minor and Double Major programs, and forward them to the departments (or degree programs) to which the applicants have applied for review.
