(3) Format:
The conference will feature keynote speeches by international scholars, thematic forums, oral paper presentations, and poster sessions.

Domestic and international scholars in the field of education, university faculty and students, teachers at all educational levels, educational administrators, and members of the public interested in the conference theme are welcome to attend.
